How to Gain Access
The NCSR MicroNanoFab is an open access facility for academic and industrial users across Ireland. The MicroNanoFab provides training and access to its full range of equipment. If you wish to use the NanoFab equipment, you must take our Introductory Safety Course, which is now held every two months.
If you would like to start using the NanoFab, please fill out the “New User Registration Form” and email a copy to micronanofab@dcu.ie. You will not be permitted to use equipment until you have completed this form and completed the mandatory training. Please note that before you can start using the facility:
- Your PI/Supervisor must have an active group account and project.
- You must take the mandatory training course.
If you are a PI / Supervisor and would like to set up a Group, please fill out the “New Group Registration Form”.
To register for the next course which will be held on March 2nd please complete and email the “New User Registration Form” to micronanofab@dcu.ie. Once you have an account setup, you’ll be able to automatically register for our “Introductory Safety Course” which can be found on our Training Schedule Page. Hours:
The NanoFab operates as a between the hours of 9AM and 5:00PM. The facility is not available for after hours use.
